This dish is the third item from the full tasting menu created in 2021, titled “Missile Village-Style Mushroom Cloud Bread.”
On a pink plate lie roasted Campari tomatoes, glass broccoli, Hyper City, and a subsurface scattering jelly with a soft, cloud-like texture, just like a real mushroom cloud.
Hyper missiles circling the edge of the plate are ready to respond to the holder’s taste interface.
