김혜리 : 다정한 세계 - 떼아트갤러리, Seoul, Korea

나의 작업은 머릿속에 존재하는 무한한 사유를 현실의 물질로 고착시키는 하나의 수행이다.

개개인에게는 각자가 품은 무한한 생각의 장이자 말풍선처럼 피어오르는 내면의 풍경이 있다.

화면 속의 구상적인 사물들은 보이지 않는 생각의 흐름을 붙잡기 위한 매개체일 뿐이다.

나에게 가장 본질적인 소재는 형상을 넘어선 선과 색의 역동, 그리고 창작의 순간 차오르는 즐거운 신명이다.

작업으로서 드러내고자 하는 다정한 세계, 결과로서의 이상향보다 중요한 것은 비워진 영혼으로 그 세계를 지어 나가는 과정이다.

이번 전시에서는 처음으로 선보이는 회화 작품들과 드로잉, 도자 토우, 그리고 석분점토로 만든 구체관절인형이 전시될 예정입니다. 그 전에는 디지털 미디어를 활용한 작품들을 선보였는데, 이번 개인전에서는 물질을 다룬 작품들이 보여집니다. 손끝의 감각으로 현실에 고착시킨 이 형상들에는 보이지 않는 사유의 장을 다정한 실체로 구축해 나가고자 하는 염원이 담겨 있습니다.

My work is a dedicated practice—a process of grounding the infinite contemplations of the mind into tangible matter. Each individual carries an inner landscape, a vast field of thought that drifts and blooms like a silent dialogue. The figurative objects within the frame are merely vessels used to capture this invisible flow. To me, the most essential elements are the dynamism of lines and colors that transcend form, and the exuberant creative energy that surges at the moment of creation.

What matters more than the resulting utopia is the process of building that world with an unburdened, pure soul. Capturing a fleeting sense of vitality within clay and pigment, I continue to cultivate my own gentle sanctuary today. — Herry Kim

In this exhibition, I present my first collection of paintings, alongside drawings, ceramic figurines, and ball-jointed dolls made of stone clay. Shifting from my previous focus on digital media, this solo exhibition centers on the tactile nature of physical matter. These forms embody a yearning to transform the invisible field of thought into a tangible reality.
